DT1260 - Don;t waste your money and don't buy from these people. They do not stand behind their product. Called twice hung up on me twice. The second time they tried to say the numbers I gave them are incorrect as I looked at the picture I took. When I figured out how they date the product and it is in warranty. Ive had my Dynatrap DT2000XLP for approx 5 years now. I have been extremely satisfied that it catches TONS of mosquitoes and takes care of those wax moths which ruin lawn furniture. The bulbs are what emits the odor, NOT the trap itself. If the bulbs do NOT light. The trap will not work! It is nice because it also traps junebugs and biting flies. Terrible customer service. Only advanced customer service can help you with a return or parts for Dynatrap Systems that are not on their web-site. I have been waiting for over a day now to have them call me back. I called day 2; I was told today that their call volume is high and that someone would be back to me in 24 hours. They must have a lot of issues with their products if they can't call a customer back who bought four of their units for a simple part on a DT 1125
We received our Dyna Trap 1/2 acre mosquito and insect trap last year, and couldn't be more pleased with the performance and results. Not only does it trap mosquitos, but other unwanted insects, making it pleasurable to remain outside more. Insect removable is easy, the appearences are attractive, and it stands up well to rain and wind. We also purchased an inside plug in model, which performs just as well.
