We had great experience with Dynamic SLR. Installation crew did a fantastic job and were very efficient. When we had to replace our shingles due to hail damage, they again did a great job taking the panels out and putting them back. Recently, I had some issues with the enphase app and they quickly fixed it over a phone call.
Dynamic SLR is hands down one of the best companies I’ve worked with. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about energy efficiency and solar solutions. They walked me through the entire process with clarity and patience, making everything easy to understand even for someone new to solar. Cold call posing as a company working for the state of Texas to improve infrastructure in the neighborhood and give tips. Initially requested home access over the phone than said only a virtual was needed the next day. When I got the call next day it was obviously a salesman and hung up. Won’t use this company for anything if I come myself needing that kind of service… Below are the two numbers I was called from. The one that appears to be the personal one was a guy who set up the phone call.
Although my experience with Dynamic Solar has been the most horrible and traumatic experience of my life i thought Deca Solar was bad Dynamic Solar has them beat. Fortunately today I spoke with a rep by the name of Sally who was very professional and seemed genuinely concerned after I explained everything I've gone through she was sympathetic to my concerns and said she would be my direct contact and she would handle all of my concerns personally thanks to Sally I'm holding off to seek legal action.
