Adrian went above and beyond assisting me with trouble shooting my solar panel issues. His calming, patient demeanor was welcoming as well as his follow-up telephone calls. I requested Adrian again this year since he was so helpful last year. Ourr call didn't connect several times but he diligently worked on the issue until he was able to speak with me. Customer service at its' finest! Keep up the great work Adrian. You are a star 🌟

DISINGENUOUS COMPANY! The windows (Burris Windows) and installation by Home Gear Installations (subcontracted by Dynamic SLR) were amazing. I HIGHLY recommend both companies for your windows and installations. However, the rest of the experience with Dynamic SLR is not favorable, and I find the company disingenuous. If they show up to your door, particularly if the individual is Adam Al-Asad, turn them away. Joni was wonderful. I do mean GREAT. She stayed with me on the line until I was satisfied. Until everything was completely finished. She had been the only one at your company to do this for me. I was ready to give up on your company. I was about to claim a class action suit against your company. But joni saved the day. She made sure I was knowledgeable about my bills. She really had the patience of a Saint. Thank you Joni for all you do Not only for me... but for every person that you encounter.
Do not use this company, we've had nothing but problems from day #1. It's been several years now and the system is still not doing what it is supposed to be doing, they keep on coming out and not fixing it, the techs that come out do not speak english. We keep on needing more panels because they calculated the power consumption wrong. We were told we would not have any power bill and still paying hundreds a month along with the solar bill. Communication is so poor, this is so hard to believe that a company can work like this... read more
