These people are just scammers and only in it for the money. How can you sell people phillips dreamstation and don't even bother to contact them after they issued a recalled. I'm having shortness of breath these days because of this machine that you guys said was the best machine and that I need this for my health.
we bought a Respironics CPAP through this company a couple of years ago but it turned out they are on the delisted list for providers through our insurance company. We could not submit a claim. I rec'd a notice July 23, 2021 from my CPAP provider I have used since 2005 about this Respironics recall. Turns out our Respironics unit is on the recall notice.
