Security lady at Baxter ia horrible. Very ghetto and unprofessional. She should be fired with an attitude like hers. And then she tells me she dont care if i call the company to complain because she's a Captain. If this is the direction of this company, with people like that they or she wont be around much longer. Id be glad to follow up about this matter with management if they reached out.
Impossible to count the flaws in management. From absolutely no help from supervisors, or managers, that would put people in a position of superiority, that would hurt moral position in the work place. Nepotism, and ignorance, will always be a thing among businesses that conduct themselves in a playground manner.
My experience with Dynamic Security was great. They all were nice and I just love Ms. Washington spirit. She takes care of her guards and it's a pleasure to start working for them and being a team player.
