Quality is great but their service is inconsistent to say the least. They told me they would come to my shop every two weeks. They have had the last batch of tools for nearly 3 months. They sent me a bill but still have not delivered my tools back.
I’ve been a customer of Dynamic Saw for over 7 years. They’ve helped us develop some router bits that are crucial for making our products. Even though we are a smaller customer of theirs, Dan and Steve are always available when we’re coming up with new products and need some weird new bit or cutter designed. Would give 10 stars if I could.
Absolutely the only place I will send my saw blades, router bits and shaper cutters to be professionally sharpened. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! My blades cut better than factory! Lifetime customer!!!!
If you need new teeth on saw blades or sharpened blades, this is definitely the place to go!!!!!!!
