Joshua is very knowledgeable and came over as soon as I called. He located the problem and went out of his way to get a part for my RV.
If I could give zero stars I would. Master slide out was not working and toilets were leaking. Now somehow I have a stain in my master shower that I can’t get out that wasn’t there until he showed up. Master slide still not working. Josh he cut through the flooring doing it the lazy way instead of taking bed apart to get to wiring. Called a reputable mobile Rv repair business - New World RV service and was informed of the horrible work that was done on our RV. Don’t trust him with anything. Shows up with sketchy people. Camping in Beaumont, we had a plumbing issue. We called Josh and he came right out to troubleshoot us. Josh was tenacious and determined to fix the issue. He got us up and running and we were incredibly grateful to him and his willingness to solve the problem. Definitely recommend this guy! He’s honest, fair and hard-working!
