We recently used Spartan Exteriors to replace nine roofs on rental property and we were extremely pleased. Even though there were a lot of roofs being replaced and many tenants involved there were no issues at all during the roofing process. We did get several estimates and did our research before we chose Spartan Exteriors and their pricing was by far the best. We highly recommend this company

Courtney came out and inspected my roof after a hail storm earlier this year. She was able to get me financed with a monthly payment I could afford. I was impressed by how she handled everything, and how fast the crew was able to complete my roof. She even took time to fluff my artificial flowers in my flower bed once the crew left. *update* This company is not what it seems. Be weary and do your research…..
