Having been through the 10 series many years ago, I new I needed to find a good Rolfer. In the Fall of '26 my sciatica was making movement incredibly difficult and my shoulder was struggling as well. I found Dynamic Rolfing and am very glad I did. It is a long commute for sessions, but worth it. My sciatica has been in check since we got started and overall my movement is greatly improved. I would highly recommend Nick at Dynamic Rolfing to anyone who wants to reduce pain and improve their movement.
Nick's work helped me feel more aligned and improved my gate and overall movement. It's a great modality he's skilled at.
Nick and his work have changed my life. I live with chronic pain due to degenerative discs in my back and doing the 10 series has given my body a path to healing. I have tried everything, and Rolfing is the one thing that has finally allowed my muscles to stop guarding, adjust, and release years of tension. Amazing impact on my overall health and wellbeing. The reason I first came to Nick at Dynamic Rolfing is because I had a specific issue on my calf related to a long-ago injury. I did a couple sessions just on that and then went into the 10-series. Nick is very professional and experienced. I completed the Ten Series with Nick after dealing with chronic back and shoulder pain for years and had a great experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I noticed positive changes over the course of the sessions and appreciated the care and attention he put into each appointment. I will be continuing with Nick for maintenance check ins and highly recommend!
