I had a very disappointing experience with Dynamic Restoration Roofing and would not recommend them based on what I went through. They originally installed my roof in 2021, but the entire roof had to be redone in 2023 under warranty. During the second installation, the supervisor, Erik, was rarely present. Called them for an estimate when a tree fell on my house. Never got a full estimate after asking repeatedly. Was billed for the estimate and had a " contract cancellation" fee even though they never provided me an itemized invoice that would have made the contract valid. I do not recommend, they do not seem very honest.

I just called for the forth time about the siding on the back of my house that has warped or melted. I’ve researched what causes this and it’s either poor quality or nailed down too tight to where it doesn’tg get proper ventilation. My siding was put on in 2018. When it was originally put on the nails came through my dry wall leaving nail pops. I just want it fixed like you should do and honor. I would not recommend this company. I will also be posting on BBB

Been trying to get siding repaired by this company since early March. Original siding has been discontinued, but there is a very close replacement that can work. Representative communication about the status of our project was very poor. I last contacted the representative on June 9th, with no reply since. If you are not interested in taking a smaller job, just say so. Moving on.
