Very helpful great people and service.
We brought my brother's chair in for repair. They provided us with a variety of options, and didn't try to give us a hard sell. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, competent, and helpful. Excellent service!
Absolute horrible customer service.. rude & extremely crude.. worst medical equipment company i have ever encountered.. basically a 1-man operation without any regard for their customer.. they lie, lie, lie..
