How hard can it be? – I just got off of the phone with this collections agency and they were no help whatsoever. I know they're not paid to be nice since they are in collections, but all I asked for a statement showing how much I owed. They absolutely refused! All it costs is a stamp. I don't get it. I was told in order to pay off my debts I need to get written statements showing how much I owe and they're screwing up my plan.
