I totally understand the review given by ****. A similar situation happened to us. NOTHING remained the same with pricing, let alone workmanship. The longer the job took, we realized we were just a side job as no work was being performed during the week, just on the weekend. This was very disruptive to our lives and it took four months to complete one room. In the end the price double. Up-charge is the favorite word of this company. I DO NOT recommend.

This company has cost us a lot of money and we didn't even have any work done. We spent over 6 months developing a plan with DPS and securing a bank loan that fit within a scope of work that Dynamic property Services quoted us for a job which required us to refinance our house at a higher interest rate. Immediately upon refinancing, Dynamic Property Services requested a sizeable deposit before they could begin the work. I was impressed with the fast response this firm did re: a quote for painting my home. Within 1/2 hour a very polite young lady returned the call stating that the time frame I required was not available for my work to be done. I am soooo grateful for this response and would at least recommend that they be contacted for any work to be done at your home. Thank you very much. This is almost a first. How considerate. It says alot about the ethics of them.
