Highly recommend! We had to gut our newly renovated master bath after a previous contractor cut corners which led to a shower leak that rotted out our subfloors and create a black mold. Dynamic came in took care of our home as if it were their own and did a beautiful job! They walked us through each step which was very comforting to know that they were doing everything in their power to make sure we didn’t find ourselves in the same situation we were in with our last contractor.

Dynamic Property Restoration did a very nice job on my recent property issue.(site finished hardwood damage and refinishing) I will say that they are VERY expensive compared to what other good contractors charge. If you have a low deductible and you don't care about your insurance company being overcharged, I do recommend them for your work.
