These people are great! This is our second year with them, and we are very pleased with their weekly service, trouble shooting our issues (even with our equipment and finicky heater) and general service. Yes, there have been issues (it’s a pool and water chemistry is a dynamic thing!), but they have worked to correct immediately so as to make sure that we get to enjoy our pool the maximum amount of time possible during our short season here in Michigan.
Expensive! The guys that came out were good. Cleaned my pool cover and pit really well. However, for 1.5 hours I was charged $550. It’s $175 to come out, $100 for each guy, per hour, and there were two ($200 an hour!). That’s the part I didn’t realize when I got the quote is that when they send two, they charge you double. I called the office to make sure this was correct and was told it was. Of course they would say, and so would I, that the second guy shortened the time the one guy would have had to work.
