We absolutely love our new pool! Our house is a new build, and the pool has completed the space perfectly — it looks absolutely amazing and ties everything together. The finished product is lovely but our experience was beyond disappointing with major stages of construction being overlooked such as plumbing to the water feature, overflow connection to stormwater and completely 'forgetting' the heat pump installation. This resulted in them digging up our freshly laid turf (and not replacing). The build supervisor Ben was AWOL the entire construction time. Construction has just finished on our pool and I can say the whole process has been easy, straightforward and without any problems. From the first time we spoke with the Dynamic staff they have answered all of our questions precisely, honestly and with a range of options to obtain the best result, they really know their jobs. The fixed price contract included every small detail of the construction that would incur a cost and every detail was set out and fully explained in the contract.
