These folks know what they're doing. I am working on getting back to running with expert help and in the process, I am learning how to prevent these injuries in the future. Matt and staff are fantastic. Do you know much about how your muscles are all connected? I thought I did until I started seeing Matt and his understanding of the muscular system is phenomenal leading to excellent treatment and plans that help right away. Really worth checking out if you have any pain you don't want to continue having.
