The therapy is adequate and well supervised.The financial aspect and scheduling was not satisfactory. They tried to make my elderly mother pay her entire deductible up front to them when she had already had a portion of it paid to another office. I handled this through her insurance. She was about two and a half weeks into a six week plan and had gotten used to one female therapist and that therapist was pulled from this office to be sent to another office. Joe Potesta and his team provided me excellent patient care. Under Joe's treatment, my physical therapy produced excellent results. I enjoyed my interactions with Joe and his friendly team. I especially appreciated their positive attitudes and great sense of humor. My physical therapy sessions were both effective and enjoyable. Thanks Joe and team for an extremely positive experience.

Eric and staff are exceptional. The customer service is fast and friendly. This team of professionals really work well together with the goal of helping their patients. I have been blessed to have been sent here for my Physical Therapy needs.
