At all my sessions at Athletico Pivot so far, I have had a therapist or technician by my side. If I feel an exercise is causing more pain than help, they immediately change it or replace it with a different one. I love the hands on massage at the end, a long with a choice of heat or ice afterwards. I went somewhere else for months and The care here is more personal.
The staff and doctors are the most energetic, knowledgeable, helpful team. This location, in Smyrna at Deak Rd, offer and render the latest and best treatments - that's best for you. My input is always sought, considered & when necessary, included in my treatment plans. The office area is large enough to suit many, and it's clean. I've been treated by Pivot\Athletico for a few years for various ailments or post surgeries. My experience at Pivot PT-Smyrna has been outstanding! The facility is well-maintained and kept clean. When you walk through the door, you are greeted with smiles and a warm welcome from Danielle and Trudy. During my recovery, I have worked with Sheryl and Michele. They are both exceptional at what they do. They guide you through your sessions while giving encouragement and pushing you in a positive way. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy!
