Always friendly, always on time, good communication about upcoming appointments, very clean facilities. Very happy with the quality of service.
So happy to have found Pivot so close to my house. All of the staff so far have been very kind and helpful in aiding in my recovery.
Staff is friendly & concerned with recovery. They are good listeners, responsive, and seem genuinely interested in the clients experience & progress. I am only 4 sessions in but so far I would rate at least 4 out of 5 stars.
