(this review is mainly about their staff in the front HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! This is the second time I have been denied due to something that doesn't even make sense. I visited today and they denied me because the referral was "nOt SpEcIfIc" like lady, we told u 5 times what needed to be done and you STILL did not listen. See update below: My son had an appt today for 1pm. I arrived 15 mins before I gave insurance card and DL. 4 other people came in after us. They were all taken back before us. Now being that this is his first time here I figured it may have been a little delay at the most I expected 30 minutes. By 140 pm still nothing. Very terrible service. We had an appointment for my younger sister’s scoliosis approximately 2 months ago for her cast. From the beginning the doctor she was assigned to did not rub me the right way. Lazy sounding, no help what so ever. Didn’t explain her situation, nor the process of this scary process to us. He does the cast measurements, takes us to the front and tells the lazy receptionist ladies that he cannot go past 3pm because he doesn’t want to get off late. Great place just uncomfortable in the morning because they don’t run their air conditioning at night so it is like taking a steam bath in the rooms.
