Excelente servicio las dos veces que me he hecho estudios.
Los empleados tienen problemas de actitudes y falta de empatía. Se supone que las personas que trabajan en el área de la salud sean empáticos y amables, pero en este sitio son todo lo contrario. Son el vivo ejemplo de que ya no somos pacientes, ahora somos clientes.

El ambiente laboral se proyecta tenso, trato al paciente grosero y el servicio lamentablemente pésimo. La tecnología es buena pero el pobre contacto humano le resta al centro de servicios.
