I used Dynamic Movers for a move between apartments in Brooklyn. They were punctual, very friendly, careful with my belongings, and efficient. I asked them to rearrange some furniture and even lay out my rugs and they were very willing to do so. Great movers and nice people, would absolutely recommend!
Great service, very efficient and friendly
Moving process went pretty smoothly. They did initially arrive an hour late, but once they arrived they moved pretty quick. They were very responsive, texting me updates and promptly informing me of any issues. They also accommodated my request to not prop the building's street-level security door fully open because I was worried about package thieves. The first price & hour estimate (they charge by the hour) the salesperson provided me was accurate and I was charged exactly that amount.
Movers were helpful but sales person was incredibly rude, hung up on us when we called and said in a rude tone “I’m hanging up on you now” after arguing because we felt we were wronged with the hidden fees; gave us quote and we had to pay close to 1000.00 more. He did not tell us that we would be charged more and that 7 hours was the minimum when it actually was 4, but then he continued to deny this and said he had a recording. The moving process was made even more stressful
