Had a car illegally parked infront of my drive way was told by RCMP to call a tow company and this one flat out said they refuse to because they don't want to damage the vehicle I'm sorry but it was an illegally parked car and everyone in my complex works as or for first responders you would still make money from the towing fee and lot fee at then end of it from the person who did the illegal parking
