From the moment we stepped into Jim's office, he was incredible. He listened to our hopes and dreams and came up with the perfect home, that we are so in love with. I am so grateful for how responsive him and his team are. The quality and workmanship was incredible and we appreciate all the extra ideas and suggestions he provided along the way, things that we hadn't even thought of. We are so thankful and so blessed to have someone so awesome at his job that made everything so easy for us. We cannot thank him enough!!!!

Jim was great through the selling process but the care of items the required attention where left untouched by him and his team one example below a 1/2” gap in door they tried to patch with a piece of foam Jim refused to reshim door noting this was acceptable and refused to deal with it and refused to give his general manager’s contact information I would not recommend him at all
What a great company and team to deal with. From the beginning Jim was excellent in his knowledge and advice on buying a home. From the initial email inquiry to a year later with the purchase, he was always very happy to answer any questions. We bought our mobile home from Dynamics in Red Deer. It was a use one but we were ok with that as Jim sales rep stated it would be clean. When Jim sent us pictures of the mobile there were 2 sets of heavy metal stairs very nice. Attached when we came to move in the stairs were gone stated they were sent to other places. There was water Leaking and damage in the laundry room. Trailer Not level Shingles blowing off nothing was done in the time frame stated. Had to stay in hotels 3 extra nights.
