Shows up but is unable to operate own equipment. She tries to return during a major power outage later that day which lasted for hours and was very stressful. I asked her to return in the afternoon the next day and she agreed she then calls very early the next morning wanting to come real early when I only had a few hours of sleep and was grumpy and groggy. I said you said you would come in the afternoon and she agreed to come the next day in the afternoon. Without warning and acting childish she reneged.

This company has changed their policy about home visits. If you have more than 5 stairs in the home they will not service you. Spoke with a customer rep who was quite rude with me on the phone. I have 6 stairs and they still would not budge. When I worked at VCU we used this company for years and it was very beneficial for our home bound patients. They do not show up when they say they will. This has happened multiple times with multiple patients.

Very poor communication relative to scheduling and actually showing up. Did not give patient exact time. My family member was kept fasting 36 hours and test was never done. Did not come when they said they were on their way and did not bother to let nursing home know they were not coming. Seriously, who treats their customers that way?

I would like to give Kudos to the young man that came to my apartment today 9/9/22 to do chest ,shoulder,neck X-rays for dispatch health on my mother Ms.Mills . I failed to ask his name He was very professional, polite and a great personality. Vanessa J
