I went to see Tom today, after years of going to see clinical psychologists. I left the session feeling relaxed and in high spirits. Contrastingly, I have found psychologists to be rubbish and I would always leave the sessions feeling upset and in tears. Tom is a funny guy and I liked being challenged 🙌

I was struggling with anxiety and self worth issues. After 1 or 2 sessions with Tom I found remarkable improvement in my anxiety levels. My anxiety levels associated to passing my driving test came under control and I passed my test on the first go. Since then, Tom has helped me with several other issues. Highly recommended!
Im not quite sure what I just experienced. A chat about my condition was all I got. Their website claims effective therapy...well my therapy was by no means effective. Had no change on me whatsoever, apart from an empty wallet. GO ELSEWHERE
