They delivered the equipment that we needed for my father who had a stroke in April. They gave us a semi-electric hospital bed. We have to use a crank to raise and lower the bed. We don’t mind doing it but the crank itself started to just fall apart, with a metal pin that kept falling out every time, meaning the crank handle would fall off.
