Absolutely useless reception Never gets back to you when they promise to get back to you This has been happening 3-4 times Then you call back to follow up, they are all unsure what happened and has no idea because nothing or why it was not done was left in their "note" Basically would have to repeat yourself a few times

This is the worst medical office i have ever been in my whole life, front desk people are liar, never trust them, they have no clue about their jobs. They dont even tell you you should get prep for colonoscopy, you figure that out yourself, then they call you at 12.55 pm and tell you hey where are you- in a reprimand voice- then u tell them i was told 1.30 pm but the official email you sent says 1.50 pm.
