The doctor is not fair he did colonoscopy first time and found a glot and said he will check it for cancer after the result came and no cancer he said that he is going to remove it but the next time he did the colonoscopy and said he can’t do it and needs a surgery.

All the nurses were so kind and professional! It was my first time doing a colonoscopy and the everyone made sure i felt comfortable.

The receptionist, Elnaz, made my recent experience with this office infuriating. When I provided my mother’s last name over the phone, Elnaz had the audacity to make fun of it and started laughing, claiming it was too long to type. She insisted that the only way to search for my mother's information was by her care card number or date of birth. disorganized. My wife colonoscopy appointments was booked through you people in the Scarborough birch-mount hospital and no one knows here that the appointment was booked. My wife had to buy a medicine $40 and prepare 24 hours prior empty stomach procedures day before and she is suffering hunger and we are diabetic. Horrible and shame on you. Such a disorganized dynamic medical centre. They are not educate people.
