Seems to not need or want new business based on my experience with them....last Wednesday, November 12th I submitted a "request a quote" from their website where they indicated they would respond within 24-48 hours.....that never happened....so, I actually called this past Friday, November 14th and spoke to a person live that once again asked for all of the same information I had spent 10 minutes inputting a few days prior....she then reassured me that one of two people would call me within the next day or two for sure.....w... read more
Dynamic Maids is the biggest joke of a company , Rhonda is the rudest most unprofessional human ever , the way she speaks about her employees to her employees is honestly disgusting ! Rhonda wrongfully fired me after swearing at me and about her employees after asking a question about MY PAY CHECK !!! and I called her out on how disrespectful and disgusting it is the way she speaks ! Kiara and Brittany were absolutely fantastic! Friendly, efficient, detailed and highly professional! I also really appreciated the constant checking in to make sure everything was meeting expectations! It showed real care and accountability. Thanks so much and looking forward to next month!
Do not waste your time with this unprofessional company, they will charge you a premium price for deep cleaning and send you a teenager who only surface cleans / lies about cleaning. They did not vacuum or clean the washrooms. They will lie to your face. Tried to contact the company several times to discuss the matter but they do not call you back.
