Great service, Thank you our Doosan is running great.
Made delivery had a Chip conveyer on 53ft trailer. They do not have a dock but we’re still able to get it off. They even helped by moving some cars so I could turn around to make it easier to get out. Very friendly staff, fast unloading, and place was clean. They take pride in what they do. Thank you!
The turnover at this business really makes your hair stand up when you think about the implications it could have on your potential purchases from the business. Multiple service managers have left or been fired. Multiple apps engineers have left or been fired. Multiple projects have become nightmares for Dynamics customers or have represented a significant loss in investment dollars as projects go over budget. My advice, don’t work here, don’t do business here. Doosan makes B tier equipment and the entire industry knows it.
Travis is the best salesman I have met at any machine tool dealer. His before sales service is not pushy and he will actually take care of you after he has made the sale.
