Very unprofessional business. I seldom do reviews, but my experience with this place warrants a bad one. I met with John 31Aug to discuss what I wanted done. He said he'd send estimates for each category we discussed. I stopped by their office 9Sep to check on estimate (because I saw John's truck). He said he emailed estimate. Told him I did not receive & I checked spam too. He verified my email address when we met 31Aug & again on 9Sep. It was correct both times. He said, no problem. Very negative experience and work was mediocre. Overpriced for what I actually got and two items will have to be modified in order to function correctly.
I called them and talked to Brianna. They sent John out to look at my project, and he said he would send me a quote in a couple of days. I never heard from them again (that was 4 weeks ago).
