I honestly don’t understand the high reviews for this company. This company has ghosted me 3 times now, and this is while I’m inquiring buying a product from them. If this is how horrible the customer service is when I’m looking to buy a product how much worse would it be for service after? I’m going to drop a timeline here too. I recently purchased equipment from Dynamic Heating and Cooling. Dennis was very helpful and patient. He responded to all my questions and was very professional. The guys who did my install were great. On time, professional and cleaned up after the work area and explained everything to me. I would recommend this company.

Just wanted to say thanks to Andrew at the Stoney Creek Costco! I bumped into him while shopping and we ended up chatting for quite a while about heat pumps. He was super helpful, really knew his stuff, and explained everything in a way that made total sense.
