When I called on a Friday for an estimate for either furnace repair or a new furnace, Matt (the owner) arrived on Monday. He was knowledgeable and professional; listened to what I wanted, and did not try to upsell products I did not need. Installation was very prompt and professionally done, followed by meticulous clean up. The cost was very reasonable. My call with a follow up question the week after the install was answered immediately. I am very happy with the product, the price, and the service.
