Really concerned now. One of my radiators, less than two years old, is not working. I have left multiple messages and called countless times but they don’t answer the phone or call back. Is this company still in business? Kurt Crommelin.
What an excellent service provided by this company. Amazing communication getting our heating needs accurately met. The fitters were very swift and efficient. The two holiday let’s are now warm and cosy and the ability to adjust them from the app is amazing.
