I'm posting on behalf of my wife. We paid $2500 for hearing aids and was turned down by insurance because you never got pre approval. When we tried to correct this you said you needed to speak with our primary care doctor. They just informed me that they have left five messages and you have not responded or returned their call.
Dell, the Salesman/Technician/Consultant was very helpful and informative. Took the time to patiently explain the testing and results. Very professional and low pressure kind of thing. Anybody who has questions about their hearing would benefit from a visit to Dynamic Hearing and an exam by Dell.
