Very unprofessional.
Incredibly unprofessional. Paid the copay up front and was told my insurance would be billed for the rest. I work in the medical field and I’ve worked at an urgent care, I know how it works. If your insurance comes back that it doesn’t cover services then you pay the difference, simple enough. I’ve now gotten 3 different emails saying I owe different amounts (Drastically different amounts from $100, to $600, to $750) The office is useless because they transfer me to billing.
