In June 2022 I was in a MVA. I started physiotherapy in July 2022 for severe stiffness and muscle pain in my back and ribs. I was told by my GP that this was probably chronic soft tissue damage. After several months of therapy there was some improvement but I felt that I needed more. Suffered a pinched nerve in my neck. With Matt and his teams help have been pain free for awhile. I'm sure it will probably flare up again, and if it does, will use the exercises he showed me and failing that, would return for additonal physio. Great location and friendly staff.
I've been going to Dynamic Health Physiotherapy a week or so after it first opened. I highly recommend this practice as Matt is very knowledgeable & good at his profession.
