I attended Dynamic Health and Recovery in the hope of sorting out some long term Hip / Butt issues. I had looked over the staff profiles and felt there experience was the right fit in my hunt for a solution. I had a total of 4 sessions over a 5 week period with 2 different staff members. Both used extensive " dry needling " in all there treatments, even though i did mention first up that this had been tried at another practice without success. Highly recommend this clinic, I’ve been coming here for so many years and I’ve seen it grow to what it is now! The staff are super helpful so if you’re unsure of which practitioner to choose for your concerns then you can give them a call and they can guide you to who would suit you best as they have a range of people who are qualified in different areas!! I always feel a million times better after getting my treatment and I’m very glad I found this place!
