Do not join! This is the worst gym. I’ve had many gym memberships over the years and I have only ever left them because of proximity/ moving. This is my first experience of getting taken advantage of by a gym. False advertisement and zero accountability or customer service is what they are about. My wife joined for a year long membership and after a month they shut that location down with no notice and said we were still locked into the year contract at a location that was no where near us. Love the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. The gym and equipment is very clean. By far one of the best gyms I’ve gone to and will continue to go to.

I had been a member for over 10 years. When Fitzone took over they upped my charge $10 a month and took away my group classes. I was not notified about the upcharge even though they said they sent an email. No email was sent to me. When I asked if I could ask to speak to a manager, I was told the onwers understood they would lose memberships and didn't really care. Gave my notice and went to Wolfs, family owned.

Overall clean building and equipment. It's showing a little age (wear and tear, people traffic, etc...). The 'anytime access' is great.
