Just had to cancel my membership. So, why are you writing a 5 star review then? You may be wondering... Well, I've been coming here for 2 years, the team, management and facility are awesome. They are like family, and they treat every single person with respect from day one. I can guarantee that any review here that says otherwise is false. Canceling is a breeze if you stick to the very clear terms and conditions. During my time here I used the gym 5 days a week 2 hours a day, no complaints of anything. Edit: 2/7/2026 - I've revised my review to three stars, from five. My rating for Taylor is still 5 stars, she's incredible! However, I've made this adjustment based on: first, they seem really disorganized. It took me over a month to get my balance for the trainer sessions resolved and, when it was resolved, I'm still not confident it's accurate. Excellent facility great knowledgeable staff and extremely clean. The cost of the membership is very reasonable. I’ve been a member for a while and have been to other gyms . Dynamic Health and Fitness is the best around
