Excellent personal training sessions! Dave provides professional ,tailored workouts and advice in fitness and strength building. He really keeps me motivated with different exercise routines in the sessions every time. I would highly recommend!
Dynamic Health provides a great range of fitness activities from PT sessions to Pilates reformer classes. When you combine this with knock out individual care from experienced practitioners and the warm and friendly atmosphere - it's a studio that's hard to beat!
