They pretend they are listning to Patients but acutuly not they are just doing what ever is good for them .
They sent some one to do ot work and was caughting during assesment in the time of covid and spilled water on my new wood floors. had doctors showing up late for appointments with clients, while client wait outside in a heatwave. Not too impressed
Leave people on hold for over an hour. If you're closed, it shouldn't go on hold, the call should terminate. If you're open, there's no excuse for wait times this long.
