Overall amazing facility and staff. My personal trainer Lindsay is quite literally God sent. She has not only helped build my confidence in and outside the gym and also has a great sense of humor so that’s a plus.
Gym is okay. It’s clean, there are also a good amount of machines, and it’s not very busy. Bought a 7-day pass cause I’m traveling; ended up only going one day. Chick at the front desk looked like she hated her job. Didn’t see her smile once and she wasn’t helpful at all. Customer service was very bleh. I ended up driving 30 min. everyday to go to the EOS in Sugarland instead.
Been training here for years and it’s easily the best gym I’ve joined. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and there’s a great variety for both strength and cardio workouts. The staff is friendly without being overbearing, the managers(Brendan) and trainers actually take time to help you with form if you ask.
