Clean? No. Well-trained staff? Depends on whether a basic ACE or NASM certification is sufficient. After questioning 3 trainers including the alleged go-to trainer, I found significant errors. The pool area is small and in constant need of cleaning. In reality, it needs redone and has for many years. Friends and I no longer use the facility.

Did not like my recent experience with them Been coming here for 3 years. Had no reason to complain until I forgot my water bottle and called as soon as I realized it wasn’t with me. A lady named Dana picked up and said they don’t hold personal belongings. It’s kind of unethical to throw a way an item that belongs to a loyal customer who comes frequently. Awesome atmosphere, great staff. Just started coming here and I love it. Awesome for late night workouts after my shift at work. Perfect for hitting up on the weekends. Equipment is new and well maintained. Just wish they still had the pool. Apparently not enough people used it. And they got rid of it. Other than that, this has easily become my favorite gym in the area. Rates are reasonable, and with the dynamic membership I can always bring a guest, a.k.a. My Wife.
