Worst gym to sign up for you get charged biweekly for new and existing members who only signed up for a monthly membership. I got charged three times in one month the girl at the front that has blonde hair isn’t any help she did not offer me a refund or did not offer me a solution. She offered me nothing. You guys need to understand that you can’t charge people three times a month for a membership that they canceled back two months prior.

The staff has been welcoming and friendly from day one. The gym is clean, has a huge variety of equipment and decently priced memberships. The team members have also created a positive, encouraging atmosphere. A special shoutout to Julius for making my first visit such a great experience. He gave me a tour of the facility, completed my complimentary body scan, thoroughly explained my results, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Unsatisfied that I'm unable to reach corporate office to cancel my subscription after trying to speak with a representative at the actual gym to cancel it. I was told they don't have corporate office or number.
