The previous post is absolutely accurate. This is a terrible company to work for or train with. They treat their trainers terribly, terminating contracts without notice and without reason. Clients rarely get to maintain a consistent trainer because the turn over is so frequent. Clients can accuse trainers of whatever they want, and DFM will automatically terminate the employee without any investigation or confirmation of truth, rather than lose money from the client. That's all they care about: money.

I myself used to be a trainer for DFM. I left and began working for another company. There were many reasons I chose to do this, I'll explain a few. 1. Rude, rude, RUDE. I can't tell you how many times I would be in the break room with other trainers and another DFM employee would come back and say "Oh my god! Did you see how fat my 6:00 o'clock is? She's HUGE!" Or "Look how old my client is, she doesn't stand a chance, at least she has lot's of money" usually comments like these would follow with a group of laughter, includ... read more
