I'm a recovering drug and alcohol addict (2 years) and aspiring Mixed Martial Artist. When I was younger I was a mediocre athlete at best, entering a sedentary lifestyle from 15-21 years of age. In a month I've already felt a tremendous increase in overall performance. Not going anywhere.
