I cancelled my membership 3 times and they kept on billing me. I had to call my bank to block their transcations and they sent me to collection for 18.00 dollars. This business is going to go out of business for their unethical way of treating their customers. They are crooks and are wasting my time over 18.00 dollars thar they stole from me. Must watch out when you give them the Charge card ,They have hiden charge that they never tell you ahead of time.In my case I called to cancel the the service 8 months ago with 30 days ahead of time .....8 months later I still got charge $59.52 for the membership fee.......they explained to me that I only cancel the SERVICE not the Member ship so they still charge meber ship fee ......until I stop breathing !!!!!!!! Gimmic !!!!

Re Instructors at Katy, Tx location Natasha Yancey, Horace Smith, Rob Vanderzwet, and Carl Jones are very, very good instructors. All four of these individual bring positive personalities, work-out technics, provide alternative work-outs for those that need options !
