Worst practice ever encountered, absolutely shouldn't be licensed! Therapists don't return calls, they cancel appointments 45 minutes before ur scheduled to be seen, or literally don't show up at all. They don't file paperwork properly with ur insurance & then when u have an outstanding balance they stop ur therapy, they don't notify u of this, they don't resubmit the paperwork, they don't give u time to call ur insurance, they just drop u. Negligent & unprofessional.
