They posted totally misleading information about themselves on their website. This place does not have friendly staff. The staff does not make one’s appointment comfortable nor the staff address one’s questions or concerns. My recent appointment was a disaster and a complete waste of time. My husband and I were shocked to see such a negative attitude and ignoring behavior of some of the staff members. WORST Eye Care Facility. Services were provided to my husband as an outpatient service for the military. Dr. Tran and her staff billed for serviced NOT rendered. They performed subsequent eye fittings just so they can collect from the VA. They even billed that my husband received eye exams when all he did was see the receptionist to pick up contacts that has come in. So my wife and I could make an eye appointment because of an emergency so they charge us a 50 dollar no show fee...what a way to attract customers and keep them.... never going back never going to refer anybody and everybody that we did refer we will tell them what happened.
