Like many others have stated, they claim to be working with Center point energy but they are not. I'm sure a manager will reply and claim their employees do not say that but, THEY DO. Their contracts contradict themselves and if you do some extra research you'll realize their CEO has several cases in court from their deceitful sales practices. I have explicitly demanded to be removed from their list five separate times, yet the harassment continues with twice-daily calls. They hide behind the pathetic lie that they "aren't trying to sell anything," as if that makes their relentless stalking acceptable. They called me saying that they were going to be doing audits on my street. They sort of present themselves as connected to the city or utility in some way but really they're just an independent company. It's a very scammy way to get sales.

They called me everyday for awhile and finally one day I answered. I was told they are part of a state program that helps fix high energy use homes for no cost to the homeowner. When the guy came out he inspected everything and told me they might have to use solar panels to get the costs covered. At this point we were in the garage and he asked if he could come in to go over the findings. That’s where I should have stopped it.
